Throughout my immersion pedagogical practice stage in the educational institution Institute Francisco José de Caldas were very significant and enriching on a personal and professional level, since I learned a lot, especially the true face of the teaching work that involves research, design, planning and execution of a class, I was able to expand my knowledge in the implementation of teaching-learning strategies and methodologies taking into account aspects such as the educational needs of students and the institution, also thanks to the advice and support of the teachers with whom I lived on the management of classroom discipline, which was a difficult factor for me to handle due to my inexperience in the area and thanks to those advices and the opportunity they gave me to interact with the students and get to know them little by little, it was ideal to have more confidence and feel comfortable teaching the classes, I also discovered that working with elementary students, can be a little difficult, since they are kept with a lot of energy and very important as not all students learn in the same way or at the same pace, but at the same time it is very rewarding to work with them and I like working with them.
